3. Services and Event Ticket Booking

  • The Website provides information about our event hire and related services.
  • Any bookings or service requests made via the Website are subject to separate terms and conditions specific to that event or service, which will be provided to you at the time of booking.
  • Booking for carboot sale entry are on behalf of Chester Promotions, trading as Chester and North Wales Giant Carboot Sale.  25% off this sale will be donated to Shareaid.co.uk unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds or store credit will only be provided for cancelled events.  We are unable to provide refunds, store credit or exchanges if you fail to attend your pre-booked event.

 

3 a. Carboot Refund & Cancellation Policy for Seller Tickets

By purchasing a seller ticket for Chester Promotions carboot sale, you are reserving a trading pitch at a leisure event taking place on a specific date. As such, your purchase is exempt from the cancellation rights set out in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Please note the following:

  • All seller pitch bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    This applies regardless of reason, including non-attendance, change of plans, or adverse weather (unless the event is cancelled by us or the organiser).

  • Your ticket is valid only for the date specified at the time of booking.
    If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, you will be offered the choice of a new date or a refund.

  • You are purchasing space to trade at a leisure event, and as such, no statutory right to cancel applies.

By completing your purchase, you confirm your agreement to this refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of The Events Lawn Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.
